In direct response to schools and clubs closing indefinitely
we have launched “Young Champions Online Programme” so children can continue
with their Physical Education and sports training at home via easy to follow videos.
This is available completely FREE whilst the schools remain closed. It’s open to everybody, so simply signup and start using training programmes daily. This will keep children energised, active and teach them sports skills. |

Young Champions has been created by sports coaches, movement specialists and sports scientists to provide young children with home practice sessions to develop fitness, motor and sports skills. |

Key to success is what you practice and how often.Our programme will provide training sessions and drills to perform daily comprising of Movement Skills, Sports Skills, Yoga and Dance. |
